Tyler Slater Studio is a Boston-based full-service interior design firm specializing in luxury residential and select commercial spaces. Founded in 2019 by Ellen Slater Gager, the studio has grown organically through word of mouth — a testament to relationships rooted in trust, shared perspective, and a commitment to thoughtful, enduring design.
Elle brings a point of view shaped by hands-on experience, travel, and continued study across private residences and commercial environments. DESIGN Philosophy
Design has always been a language through which I make sense of the world — a way to translate feeling into form.
I’m drawn to creating spaces that hold a sense of narrative, allowing people to surround themselves with settings that reflect their stories, so that when they walk through the door at the end of the day, they’re met with a sense of belonging that feels entirely their own.
